Post-Pandemic Dystopia:
A VR Exploration of COVID's Lasting Impact

In this project, I envisioned a dystopian future shaped by the impact of COVID-19, translating this environment into a VR experience. Drawing inspiration from dystopian films, contemporary artists, and COVID-related research, I developed visual narratives that reflect the pandemic's lasting effects. Through careful study and creative exploration, I designed an immersive environment filled with symbolic objects that express this dystopian vision. The final outcome includes a range of reimagined objects, such as masks, gloves, chairs, and a bus stop shelter, all redesigned to suggest how these everyday items might evolve in a post-COVID world. To bring this concept to life, I created a video walkthrough of the environment, which can be fully experienced in virtual reality. This project was crafted using Blender for 3D modelling, Adobe Photoshop Sketch for conceptual design, and Adobe Premiere Pro for video production.
